UX/UI Government of the State of Colima

Context

The project consisted of unifying the sections of the web portal of the Government of the State of Colima to offer a consistent navigation that would make it easier for citizens to find government procedures and services.

Deliverables

- User research with interviews and observation at counters.

- Creation of personas and analysis of government portals with high standards.

- High-fidelity prototypes iterated with feedback from users and stakeholders.

- Extensive usability testing and adjustments based on results.

Results

The new portal integrated a coherent image and centralized updated information, improving user confidence and experience. Departments were trained to manage and maintain the portal.
